राज्य सरकार यह अवधारित कर सकती है कि इस संहिता के प्रयोजनों के लिए राज्य के अन्दर उच्च न्यायालय से भिन्न प्रत्येक न्यायालय की कौन-सी भाषा होगी।
Section 272 CrPC — Language of Courts —
The State Government may determine what shall be, for purposes of this Code, the language of each Court within the State other than the High Court.
