सीआरपीसी की धारा 414 — उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा दिए गए मृत्यु दण्डादेश का निष्पादन —
जब अपील में या पुनरीक्षण में उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा मृत्यु दण्डादेश किया जाता है तब सेशन न्यायालय उच्च न्यायालय का आदेश प्राप्त होने पर वारण्ट जारी करके दण्डादेश को क्रियान्वित कराएगा।
Section 414 CrPC — Execution of sentence of death passed by High Court —
When a sentence of death is passed by the High Court in appeal or in revision, the Court of Session shall, on receiving the order of the High Court, cause the sentence to be carried into effect by issuing a warrant.
