इस अध्याय के प्रयोजनों के लिए जब तक संदर्भ में अन्यथा अपेक्षित न हो, “परिसीमा-काल” से किसी अपराध का संज्ञान करने के लिए धारा 468 में विनिर्दिष्ट अवधि अभिप्रेत है।
Section 467 CrPC — Definitions —
For the purposes of this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, “period of limitation” means the period specified in section 468 for taking cognizance of an offence.
