हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम की धारा 28A – डिक्रियों और आदेशों का प्रवर्तन –
इस अधिनियम के अधीन किसी कार्यवाही में न्यायालय द्वारा दी गई सभी डिक्रियों और आदेशों का प्रवर्तन उसी प्रकार किया जाएगा जिस प्रकार उस न्यायालय द्वारा अपनी आरंभिक सिविल अधिकारिता के प्रयोग में दी गई डिक्रियों और आदेशों का तत्समय प्रवर्तन किया जाता है ।
Section 28A Hindu Marriage Act – Enforcement of decrees and orders—
All decrees and orders made by the court in any proceeding under this Act shall be enforced in the like manner as the decrees and orders of the court made in the exercise of its original civil jurisdiction for the time being in forced.]
