7/8 पॉक्सो एक्ट सजा – तीन वर्ष से कम की नहीं होगी किन्तु जो पांच वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी
7 पॉक्सो एक्ट- लैंगिक हमला-
जो कोई, लैंगिक आशय से बालक की योनि, लिंग, गुदा या स्तनों को स्पर्श करता है या बालक से ऐसे व्यक्ति या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की योनि, लिंग, गुदा या स्तन का स्पर्श करता है या लैंगिक आशय से ऐसा कोई अन्य कार्य करता है जिसमें प्रवेशन किए बिना शारीरिक संपर्क अंतर्ग्रस्त होता है, लैंगिक हमला करता है, यह कहा जाता है।
8 पॉक्सो एक्ट – लैंगिक हमले के लिए दंड-
जो कोई, लैंगिक हमला करेगा वह दोनों में से किसी भांति के कारावास से जिसकी अवधि तीन वर्ष से कम की नहीं होगी किन्तु जो पांच वर्ष तक की हो सकेगी, दंडित किया जाएगा और जुर्माने से भी दंडनीय होगा।
7 Pocso Act – Sexual Assault-
Whoever, with sexual intent touches the vagina, penis, anus or breast of the child or makes the child touch the vagina, penis, anus or breast of such person or any other person, or does any other act with sexual intent which involves physical contact without penetration is said to commit sexual assault.
8 Pocso Act – Punishment for sexual assault-
Whoever, commits sexual assault, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than three years but which may extend to five years, and shall also be liable to fine.
