संपत्ति अंतरण अधिनियम की धारा 120 – पक्षकारों के अधिकार और दायित्व–
इस अध्याय में अन्यथा उपबन्धित के सिवाय हर एक पक्षकार उस चीज के बारे में, जो वह देता है, विक्रेता के अधिकार रखता है और विक्रेता के दायित्वों के अध्यधीन होता है और उस चीज के बारे में, जिसे वह लेता है, क्रेता के अधिकार रखता है और क्रेता के दायित्वों के अध्यधीन होता है।
Section 120 TPA – Rights and liabilities of parties –
Save as otherwise provided in this Chapter, each party has the rights and is subject to the liabilities of a seller as to that which he gives, and the rights and is subject to the liabilities of a buyer as to that which he takes.
