सीआरपीसी की धारा 195A :- धमकी इत्यादि के मामले में साक्षियों के लिये प्रक्रिया —
भारतीय दण्ड संहिता (1860 का 45) की धारा 195-क के अधीन किसी अपराध के संबंध में साक्षी या कोई अन्य व्यक्ति परिवाद दाखिल कर सकेगा।

A witness or any other person may file a complaint in relation to an offence under section 195A of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)
