धारा 50A एनडीपीएस एक्ट — नियंत्रित परिदान जिम्मे लेने की शक्ति –
धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन गठित स्वापक नियंत्रण ब्यूरो का महानिदेशक या उसके द्वारा इस निमित्त प्राधिकृत कोई अन्य अधिकारी इस अधिनियम में किसी बात के होते हुए भी-
(क) भारत में किसी गंतव्य के लिए;
(ख) विदेश को, ऐसे विदेश के सक्षम प्राधिकारी के परामर्श से, जिसको ऐसा परेषण भेजा जाना है, ऐसी रीति से जो विहित की जाए, किसी परेषण के नियंत्रित परिदान को अपने जिम्मे ले सकेगा ।
Section 50A NDPS Act — Power to undertake controlled delivery.–
The Director General of Narcotics Control Bureau constituted under sub-section (3) of section 4 or any other officer authorised by him in this behalf, may, notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, undertake controlled delivery of any consignment to–
(a) any destination in India;
(b) a foreign country, in consultation with the competent authority of such foreign country to which such consignment is destined, in such manner as may be prescribed
