धारा 1 विनिर्दिष्ट अनुतोष अधिनियम — संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारम्भ —
(1) इस अधिनियम को विनिर्दिष्ट अनुतोष अधिनियम, 1963 कहा जा सकेगा ।
(2) इसका विस्तार [***] सम्पूर्ण भारत में होगा ।
(3) यह उस तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा जिसे केन्द्रीय सरकार शासकीय राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा नियत करे ।
Section 1 Specific Relief Act — Short title, extent and commencement
(1) This Act may be called the Specific Relief Act, 1963.
(2) It extends to the whole of India 1***.
(3) It shall come into force on such date2as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
