धारा 10 मध्यप्रदेश विशेष न्यायलय अधिनियम — मामलों का अन्तरण —
इस अधिनियम के अन्य उपबन्धों के होते हुए भी, उच्च न्यायालय मामलों को एक विशेष न्यायालय से दूसरे विशेष न्यायालय में अन्तरित कर सकेगा।
Transfer of cases. –
Notwithstanding the order provisions of this Act, it would be open to the High Court to transfer cases from one Special Court to another.
