धारा 11 आईटी एक्ट 2000 – इलेक्ट्रॉनिक अभिलेखों का अधिकार —
किसी इलेक्ट्रानिक अभिलेख का अधिकार प्रवर्तक को प्राप्त होगा, —
(क) यदि वह स्वयं प्रवर्तक द्वारा;
(ख) किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति द्वारा, जिसे उस इलेक्ट्रॉनिक अभिलेख की बाबत प्रवर्तक की ओर से कार्य करने का प्राधिकार था; या
(ग) स्वतः प्रचालित किए जाने के लिए प्रवर्तक द्वारा या उसकी ओर से कार्यक्रमित किसी सूचना प्रणाली द्वारा भेजा गया था ।
Section 11 IT Act 2000 – Attribution of electronic records —
An electronic record shall be attributed to the originator–
(a) if it was sent by the originator himself;
(b) by a person who had the authority to act on behalf of the originator in respect of that electronic record; or
(c) by an information system programmed by or on behalf of the originator to operate automatically
