धारा 16 एससी एसटी एक्ट – राज्य सरकार की सामूहिक जुर्माना अधिरोपित करने की शक्ति –
सिविल अधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1955 (1955 का 22) की धारा 10क के उपबंध, जहां तक हो सके, इस अधिनियम के अधीन सामूहिक जुर्माना अधिरोपित करने और उसे वसूल करने के प्रयोजनों के लिए और उससे संबद्ध सभी अन्य विषयों के लिए लागू होंगे।
Section 16 SC ST Act – Power of State Government to impose collective fine –
The provisions of section 10A of the Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955 (22 of 1955) shall, so far as may be, apply for the purposes of imposition and realisation of collective fine and for all other matters connected therewith under this Act.
