धारा 22 मध्यप्रदेश विशेष न्यायलय अधिनियम — अन्य कार्यवाहियों का वर्जन —
धारा 9 और धारा 17 में यथा उपबन्धित के सिवाय तथा किसी अन्य विधि में अन्तर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुए भी, धारा 15 के अधीन किसी धन या सम्पत्ति या दोनों को अधिहृत किए जाने के आदेश के सम्बन्ध में किसी न्यायालय में कोई वाद या अन्य विधिक कार्यवाही नहीं चलाई जा सकेगी।
Bar to other proceedings. —
Save as provided in Sections 9 and 17 and notwithstanding anything contained in any other law, no suit or other legal proceedings shall be maintainable in any Court in respect of any money or property or both ordered to be confiscated under Section 15.
