नियंत्रक, इस अध्याय के अधीन नियंत्रक की किन्हीं शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने के लिए उप नियंत्रक, सहायक नियंत्रक या किसी अधिकारी को लिखित रूप में प्राधिकृत कर सकेगा ।
Section 27 IT Act 2000 – Power to delegate —
The Controller may, in writing, authorise the Deputy Controller, Assistant Controller or any officer to exercise any of the powers of the Controller under this Chapter.
