धारा 30 आईटी एक्ट 2000 – प्रमाणकर्ता प्राधिकारी द्वारा कतिपय प्रक्रियाओं का अनुसरण किया जाना —
प्रमाणकर्ता प्राधिकारी,–
(क) हार्डवेयर, सॉफ्टवेयर और ऐसी प्रक्रियाओं का उपयोग करेगा जो अतिक्रमण और दुरुपयोग से सुरक्षित हैं;
(ख) अपनी सेवाओं में विश्वसनीयता का युक्तियुक्त स्तर उपलब्ध कराएगा जो आशयित कृत्यों के निर्वहन के लिए युक्तियुक्त रूप से उपयुक्त है;
(ग) यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करेगा जिससे कि इलेक्ट्रॉनिक चिह्नकों की गोपनीयता और एकान्तता सुनिश्चित हो सके; [***]
(गक) इस अधिनियम के अधीन जारी किए गए सभी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक चिह्नक प्रमाणपत्रों का निधान होगा;
(गख) इसकी पद्धतियों, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक चिह्नक प्रमाणपत्रों और ऐसे प्रमाणपत्रों की वर्तमान प्रास्थिति की बाबत सूचना का प्रकाशन करेगा; और।
(घ) ऐसे अन्य मानकों का पालन करेगा जो विनियमों द्वारा विनिर्दिष्ट किए जाएं।
Section 30 IT Act 2000 – Certifying Authority to follow certain procedures–
Every Certifying Authority shall,–
(a) make use of hardware, software and procedures that are secure from intrusion and misuse;
(b) provide a reasonable level of reliability in its services which are reasonably suited to the performance of intended functions;
(c) adhere to security procedures to ensure that the secrecy and privacy of the 1 [electronic signatures] are assured; 2 ***
3 [(ca) be the repository of all electronic signature Certificates issued under this Act;
(cb) publish information regarding its practices, electronic signature Certificates and current status of such certificates; and]
(d) observe such other standards as may be specified by regulations
