धारा 4 मध्यप्रदेश विशेष न्यायलय अधिनियम — विशेष न्यायालयों द्वारा मामलों का संज्ञान –
विशेष न्यायालय ऐसे मामलों का संज्ञान लेगा और उनका विचारण करेगा जो उसके समक्ष संस्थित किए जाएँ या धारा 10 के अधीन उसे अंतरित किए जाएँ।
Cognizance of cases by Special Courts. –
A Special Court shall take cognizance of and try such cases as are instituted before it or transferred to it under Section 10.
