धारा 46 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 — बालक देखरेख संस्थाओं को छोड़ने वाले बालकों की पश्चातवर्ती देखरेख. –
किसी बालक के अट्ठारह वर्ष आयु पूरी करने पर किसी बालक देखरेख संस्था को छोड़ने पर बालक को समाज की मुख्य धारा में पुनः लाने को सुकर बनाने के लिए ऐसी रीति में, जो विहित की जाए, वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जा सकेगी ।
Section 46 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 — After care of children leaving child care institution —
Any child leaving a child care institution on completion of eighteen years of age may be provided with financial support in order to facilitate childs re-integration into the mainstream of the society in the manner as may be prescribed.
