धारा 5 महिलाओं का कार्यस्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न अधिनियम -जिला अधिकारी की अधिसूचना–
समुचित सरकार, किसी जिला मजिस्ट्रेट या अपर जिला मजिस्ट्रेट या कलेक्टर या उप कलेक्टर को, इस अधिनियम के अधीन शक्तियों का प्रयोग या कृत्यों का निवर्हन करने के लिए प्रत्येक जिले के लिए जिला अधिकारी के रूप में अधिसूचित कर सकेगी।
5 Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act –Notification of District Officer–
The appropriate Government may notify a District Magistrate or Additional District Magistrate or the Collector or Deputy Collector as a District Officer for every District to exercise powers or discharge functions under this Act.
