धारा 79 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 – किशोर बालक कर्मचारी का शोषण –
तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी विधि में अंतर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुए भी,जो कोई किसी नियोजन के प्रयोजन के लिए बालक को दृश्यमावतः लगाएगा या उसे बंधुआ रखेगा या उसके उपार्जनों को विधारित करेगा या उसके उपार्जन को अपने स्वयं के प्रयोजन के लिए उपयोग में लाएगा, वह कठिन कारावास से, जिसकी अवधि पांच वर्ष तक हो सकेगी और एक लाख रुपए के जुर्माने से भी, दंडनीय होगा ।
स्पष्टीकरण – इस धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए “नियोजन” पद के अंतर्गत माल और सेवाओं का विक्रय और
आर्थिक लाभ के लिए लोक स्थानों में मनोरंजन करना भी आएगा।
Section 79 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 – Exploitation of a child employee —
Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, whoever ostensibly engages a child and keeps him in bondage for the purpose of employment or withholds his earnings or uses such earning for his own purposes shall be punishable with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years and shall also be liable to fine of one lakh rupees.
Explanation.--For the purposes of this section, the term “employment” shall also include selling goods and services, and entertainment in public places for economic gain.
