धारा 83 आईटी एक्ट 2000 – निदेश देने की शक्ति –
केन्द्रीय सरकार, किसी राज्य की सरकार को इस अधिनियम या इसके अधीन बनाए गए नियम, विनियम या किए गए आदेश के किन्हीं उपबंधों को राज्य में निष्पादित करने के लिए निदेश दे सकेगी ।
Section 83 IT Act 2000 – Power to give directions —
The Central Government may give directions to any State Government as to the carrying into execution in the State of any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule, regulation or order made thereunder.
