धारा 87 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 – दुष्प्रेरण.-
जो कोई इस अधिनियम के अधीन किसी अपराध का दुष्प्रेरण करेगा, यदि दुष्प्रेरण के परिणामस्वरूप दुष्प्रेरित कृत्य कर दिया जाता है वह उस अपराध के लिए उपबंधित दंड से दंडित होगा ।
स्पष्टीकरण- इस धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, “दुष्प्रेरण” का वही अर्थ होगा जो उसका भारतीय दण्ड संहिता,
1860 (1860 का 45) की धारा 107 में है ।
Section 87 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 – Abetment–
Whoever abets any offence under this Act, if the act abetted is committed in consequence of the abetment, shall be punished with the punishment provided for that offence.
Explanation.— For the purpose of this section ,the expression abetment shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in section 107 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
