मोटर यान अधिनियम की धारा 174 — बीमाकर्ता से धनराशि की वसूली भू-राजस्व की बकाया के रूप में करना —
जहां किसी अधिनिर्णय के अधीन किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा कोई रकम देय है वहां दावा अधिकरण उस रकम के हकदार व्यक्ति द्वारा उसे आवेदन किए जाने पर उस रकम का प्रमाण-पत्र कलेक्टर को भेज सकेगा तथा कलेक्टर उसे ऐसी रीति से वसूल करने के लिए अग्रसर होगा मानो वह भू-राजस्व की बकाया हो ।
174 MV Act — Recovery of money from insurer as arrear of land revenue —
Where any amount is due from any person under an award, the Claims Tribunal may, on an application made to it by the person entitled to the amount, issue a certificate for the amount to the Collector and the Collector shall proceed to recover the same in the same manner as an arrear of land revenue.
