सीआरपीसी की धारा 229 — दोषी होने का अभिवचन –
यदि अभियुक्त दोषी होने का अभिवचन करता है तो न्यायाधीश उस अभिवाक् को लेखबद्ध करेगा और उसके आधार पर उसे, स्वविवेकानुसार, दोषसिद्ध कर सकता है।

If the accused pleads guilty, the Judge shall record the plea and may, in his discretion, convict him thereon.
