सीआरपीसी की धारा 265F — न्यायालय का निर्णय —
न्यायालय, अपना निर्णय, धारा 265ङ के निबंधनों के अनुसार, खुले न्यायालय में देगा और उस पर न्यायालय के पीठासीन अधिकारी के हस्ताक्षर होंगे।
265F CrPC in hindi- Judgment of the Court –
The Court shall deliver its judgment in terms of section 265E in the open Court and the same shall be signed by the presiding officer of the Court.
