सीआरपीसी की धारा 265K — अभियुक्त के कथनों का उपयोग न किया जाना —
तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी विधि में अन्तर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुए भी, किसी अभियुक्त द्वारा धारा 265ख के अधीन फाइल किए गए सौदा अभिवाक् के लिए आवेदन में कथित कथनों या तथ्यों का इस अध्याय के प्रयोजन के सिवाय किसी अन्य प्रयोजन के लिए उपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा।

Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, the statements or facts stated by an accused in an application for plea bargaining file under section 265B shall not be used for any other purpose except for the purpose of this Chapter.
