धारा 11 विनिर्दिष्ट अनुतोष अधिनियम — दशाएँ जिनमें न्यासों के साथ सम्बद्ध संविदाओं का विनिर्दिष्ट पालन प्रवर्तनीय है–
(1) इस अधिनियम में अन्यथा उपबंधित के सिवाय, किसी संविदा का विनिर्दिष्ट पालन, कराया जाएगा जब किये जाने के लिये कारारित कार्य किसी न्यास के पूर्णतः वा अंशतः पालन में हो।
(2) किसी न्यासी द्वारा, उसकी शक्तियों से बाहर या न्यास के भंग में की गई संविदा, विनिर्दिष्टतः प्रवर्तित नहीं कराई जा सकती ।
Section 11 Specific Relief Act — Cases in which specific performance of contracts connected with trusts enforceable —
(1) Except as otherwise provided in this Act, specific performance of a 1[contract shall], be enforced when the act agreed to be done is in the performance wholly or partly of a trust.
(2) A contract made by a trustee in excess of his powers or in breach of trust cannot be specifically enforced.
