धारा 15 एससी एसटी एक्ट – विशेष लोक अभियोजक और अनन्य लोक अभियोजक ––
(1) राज्य सरकार, प्रत्येक विशेष न्यायालय के लिए, राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा एक लोक अभियोजक विनिर्दिष्ट करेगी या किसी ऐसे अधिवक्ता को, जिसने कम से कम 7 वर्ष तक अधिवक्ता के रूप में विधि व्यवसाय किया हो, उस न्यायालय में मामलों के संचालन के प्रयोजन के लिए विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्ति करेगी।
(2) राज्य सरकार, प्रत्येक अनन्य विशेष न्यायालय के लिए, राजपत्र में अधिसूचना द्वारा, अनन्य विशेष लोक अभियोजक को विनिर्दिष्ट करेगी या किसी ऐसे अधिवक्ता को, जिसने कम से कम 7 वर्ष तक अधिवक्ता के रूप में विधि- व्यवसाय किया हो, उस न्यायालय में मामलों के संचालन के प्रयोजन के लिए अनन्य विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करेगी।
Section 15 SC ST Act – Special Public Prosecutor and Exclusive Public Prosecutor
(1) For every Special Court, the State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify a Public Prosecutor or appoint an advocate who has been in practice as an advocate for not less than seven years, as a Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of conducting cases in that Court. (2) For every Exclusive Special Court, the State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, specify an Exclusive Special Public Prosecutor or appoint an advocate who has been in practice as an advocate for not less than seven years, as an Exclusive Special Public Prosecutor for the purpose of conducting cases in that Court.
