मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 177A :- धारा 118 के अधीन विनियमों के उल्लंघन के लिए शास्ति —
जो कोई धारा 118 के अधीन बनाए गए विनियमों का उल्लंघन करता है, वह ऐसे जुर्माने से, जो पांच सौ रुपए से कम का नहीं होगा किन्तु एक हजार रुपए तक का हो सकेगा, दंडनीय होगा ।
Section 177A of MV Act 1988 :- Penalty for contravention of Regulations under section 118 –
Whoever contravenes the regulations made under section 118, shall be punishable with fine which shall not be less than five hundred rupees, but may extend to one thousand rupees.
