मोटर यान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 188  :  –  कतिपय अपराधों का दुष्प्रेरण करने के लिए दण्ड —

जो कोई धारा 184, धारा 185 या धारा 186 के अधीन अपराध के किए जाने का दुष्प्रेरण करेगा वह उस अपराध के लिए उपबंधित दण्ड से दण्डनीय होगा।

Section 188 of MV Act 1988 :- Punishment for abetment of certain offences —

Whoever abets the commission of an offence under section 184, section 185 or section 186 shall be punishable with the punishment provided for the offence.
