धारा 20 महिलाओं का कार्यस्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न अधिनियम –जिला अधिकारी के कर्त्तव्य और शक्तियाँ-
जिला अधिकारी,-
(क) स्थानीय समिति द्वारा प्रस्तुत रिपोर्टों के समय से दिए जाने को मानीटर करेगा;
(ख) ऐसे उपाय करेगा, जो लैंगिक उत्पीड़न और महिलाओं के अधिकारों के संबंध में जागरूकता सृजित करने के लिए गैर-सरकारी संगठनों को लगाने के लिए आवश्यक हों।
20 Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act -Duties and powers of District Officer–
The District Officer shall, —
(a) monitor the timely submission of report furnished by the Local Committee;
(b) take such measures as may be necessary for engaging non-governmental organisations for creation of awareness on sexual harassment and the rights of the women.
