धारा 21 महिलाओं का कार्यस्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न अधिनियम –समिति द्वारा वार्षिक रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना –
(1) यथास्थिति, आंतरिक समिति या स्थानीय समिति, प्रत्येक कैलेंडर वर्ष में ऐसे प्ररूप में और ऐसे समय के भीतर, जो विहित किया जाए, एक वार्षिक रिपोर्ट तैयार करेगी और उसे नियोजक और जिला अधिकारी को प्रस्तुत करेगी।
(2) जिला अधिकारी, उपधारा (1) के अधीन प्राप्त वार्षिक रिपोर्टों संबंधी एक संक्षिप्त रिपोर्ट राज्य सरकार को भेजेगा।
21 Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act – Committee to submit annual report–
1) The Internal Committee or the Local Committee, as the case may be, shall in each calendar year prepare, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, an annual report and submit the same to the employer and the District Officer.
(2) The District Officer shall forward a brief report on the annual reports received under sub-section (1) to the State Government.
