धारा 22 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 — दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता के अध्याय 8 के अधीन की कार्यवाही का बालक के विरुद्ध लागू न होना. –
दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) में या तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी निरोध निवारक विधि में अंतर्विष्ट किसी तत्प्रतिकूल बात के होते हुए भी किसी बालक के विरुद्ध उक्त संहिता के अध्याय 8 के अधीन न कोई कार्यवाही संस्थित की जाएगी और न ही कोई आदेश पारित किया जाएगा।
Section 22 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 — Proceeding under Chapter VIII of the Code of Criminal Procedure not to apply against child —
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), or any preventive detention law for the time being in force, no proceeding shall be instituted and no order shall be passed against any child under Chapter VIII of the said Code.
