धारा 22 महिलाओं का कार्यस्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न अधिनियम –वार्षिक रिपोर्ट में नियोजक द्वारा जानकारी का सम्मिलित किया जाना ––
नियोजक, अपने संगठन की वार्षिक रिपोर्ट में इस अधिनियम के अधीन फाइल किए गए मामलों, यदि कोई हों, और उनके निपटारे की संख्या, को सम्मिलित करेगा या जहाँ ऐसी रिपोर्ट तैयार किए जाने की अपेक्षा नहीं की गई है, वहाँ ऐसे मामलों की, यदि कोई हों, संख्या जिला अधिकारी को संसूचित करेगा।
22 Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act – Employer to include information in annual report-
The employer shall include in its report the number of cases filed, if any, and their disposal under this Act in the annual report of his organisation or where no such report is required to be prepared, intimate such number of cases, if any, to the District Officer.
