धारा 25 एनडीपीएस एक्ट —किसी अपराध के किए जाने के लिए किसी परिसर, आदि का उपयोग किए जाने की अनुज्ञा देने के लिए दंड –
जो कोई, किसी गृह, कक्ष, अहाते, जगह, स्थान, जीव-जंतु या प्रवहण का स्वामी या अधिभोगी होते हुए अथवा उसका नियंत्रण या उपयोग करते हुए उसका किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा इस अधिनियम के किसी उपबंध के अधीन दंडनीय कोई अपराध करने के लिए उपयोग किए जाने की जानबूझकर अनुज्ञा देगा, वह उस अपराध के लिए उपबंधित दंड से दंडनीय होगा ।
Section 25 NDPS Act — Punishment for allowing premises, etc., to be used for commission of an offence.–
Whoever, being the owner or occupier or having the control or use of any house, room, enclosure, space, place, animal or conveyance, knowingly permits it to be used for the commission by any other person of an offence punishable under any provision of this Act, shall be punishable with the punishment provided for that offence.
