धारा 28 एनडीपीएस एक्ट — अपराध करने के प्रयत्नों के लिए दंड –
जो कोई इस अध्याय के अधीन दंडनीय कोई अपराध करने या ऐसे अपराध का किया जाना कारित करने का प्रयत्न करेगा और ऐसा प्रयत्न करने में उस अपराध के संबंध में कोई कार्य करेगा, वह उस अपराध के लिए उपबन्धित दंड से दंडनीय होगा ।
Section 28 NDPS Act — Punishment for attempts to commit offences —
Whoever attempts to commit any offence punishable under this Chapter or to cause such offence to be committed and in such attempt does any act towards the commission of the offence shall be punishable with the punishment provided for the offence.
