धारा 28 महिलाओं का कार्यस्थल पर लैंगिक उत्पीड़न अधिनियम –अधिनियम का किसी अन्य विधि के अल्पीकरण में न होना–
इस अधिनियम के उपबंध, तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी अन्य विधि के उपबंधों के अतिरिक्त होंगे, न कि उनके अल्पीकरण में।
28 Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act – Act not in derogation of any other law-
The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of any other law for the time being in force.
