धारा 3 विनिर्दिष्ट अनुतोष अधिनियम — व्यावृत्तियाँ ––
एतस्मिन अन्यथा उपबंधित के सिवाय, इस अधिनियम की किसी बात से यह नहीं समझा जाएगा कि : –
(क) किसी व्यक्ति को, विनिर्दिष्ट पालन से भिन्न, अनुतोष के किसी अधिकार से वंचित करती है जो उसे किसी संविदा के अधीन है; या
(ख) दस्तावेजों पर भारतीय रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 के प्रवर्तन को प्रभावित करती है ।
Section 3 Specific Relief Act — Savings–
Except as otherwise provided herein, nothing in this Act shall be deemed–
(a) to deprive any person of any right to relief, other than specific performance, which he may have under any contract; or
(b) to affect the operation of the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908), on documents.
