धारा 31 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम — 1860 के अधिनियम 45 की कुछ धाराओं का लोप.–
भारतीय दंड विधान की धारा 161 से 165-क (दोनों को सम्मिलित करते हुए) विलुप्त की जाएं, और साधारण खंड अधिनियम, 1897 (1897 का 10) की धारा 6 ऐसे लोप को इस प्रकार लागू होगी मानो उक्त धाराएं केन्द्रीय अधिनियम द्वारा निरसित कर दी गई हैं।
Section 31 prevention of corruption act —omission of certain section of act 45 of 1860–
Sections 161 to 165A (both inclusive) of the Indian Penal Code shall be omitted, and section 6 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897 .), shall apply to such omission as if the said sections had been repealed by a Central Act.
