धारा 32 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 — संरक्षक से पृथक् पाए गए बालक के बारे में अनिवार्य रूप से रिपोर्ट करना.–
(1) कोई व्यष्टि या कोई पुलिस अधिकारी या किसी संगठन या परिचर्या गृह या अस्पताल या प्रसूति गृह का कोई कृत्यकारी, जिसे किसी ऐसे बालक का पता चलता है या उसका भारसाधन लेता है या जिसे वह सौंपा जाता है जो परित्यक्त या खोया हुआ प्रतीत होता है या जिसके बारे में परित्यक्त या खोए होने का दावा किया जाता है या ऐसा बालक जो बगैर कुटुंब समर्थन के अनाथ प्रतीत होता है या जिसके अनाथ होने का दावा किया जाता है, चौबीस घंटे के भीतर (यात्रा के लिए आवश्यक समय को छोड़कर), यथास्थिति, बालबद्ध सेवाओं, निकटतम पुलिस थाने को या किसी बालक कल्याण समिति को या जिला बालक संरक्षण एकक को इत्तिला देगा या बालक को इस अधिनियम के अधीन रजिस्ट्रीकृत बाल देखभाल संस्था को सौंपेगा ।
(2) उपधारा (1) में निर्दिष्ट बालक से संबंधित सूचना, यथास्थिति, समिति या जिला बालक संरक्षण एकक अथवा बालक देखरेख संस्था द्वारा इस संबंध में केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा यथाविनिर्दिष्ट पोर्टल पर अपलोड की जाएगी ।

(1) Any individual or a police officer or any functionary of any organisation or a nursing home or hospital or maternity home, who or which finds and takes charge, or is handed over a child who appears or claims to be abandoned or lost, or a child who appears or claims to be an orphan without family support, shall within twenty-four hours (excluding the time necessary for the journey), give information to the Childline Services or the nearest police station or to a Child Welfare Committee or to the District Child Protection Unit, or hand over the child to a child care institution registered under this Act, as the case may be.
1[(2) The information regarding a child referred to in sub-section (1) shall be uploaded by the Committee or the District Child Protection Unit or the child care institution, as the case may be, on a portal as may be specified by the Central Government in this behalf.]
