धारा 32 घरेलू हिंसा अधिनियम 2005 — संज्ञान और सबूत —
(1) दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) में कुछ भी के समाहित होते हुए, धारा 31 की उपधारा (1) के तहत् अपराध संज्ञेय और गैर-जमानतीय होगा|
(2) एकमात्र व्यथित व्यक्ति के परिसाक्ष्य पर, न्यायालय यह निष्कर्ष निकाल सकेगी कि धारा 31 की उपधारा (1) के तहत, अभियुक्त द्वारा अपराध कारित किया गया है।
Section 32 Domestic Violence Act — Cognizance and proof —
(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), the offence under sub-section (1) of section 31 shall be cognizable and non-bailable.
(2) Upon the sole testimony of the aggrieved person, the court may conclude that an offence under sub-section (1) of section 31 has been committed by the accused.
