धारा 32A एनडीपीएस एक्ट — इस अधिनियम के अधीन दिए गए किसी दंडादेश का निलंबन, परिहार या लघुकरण न होना –
दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2) या तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी अन्य विधि में किसी बात के होते हुए भी, किंतु धारा 33 के उपबंधों के अधीन रहते हुए इस अधिनियम के अधीन (धारा 27 से भिन्न) दिए गए किसी दंडादेश का निलंबन या परिहार या लघुकरण नहीं किया जाएगा ।
Section 32A NDPS Act — No suspension, remission or commutation in any sentence awarded under this Act.–
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), or any other law for the time being in force but subject to the provisions of section 33, no sentence awarded under this Act (other than section 27) shall be suspended or remitted or commuted.
