धारा 55 सूचना प्रौधोगिकी अधिनियम 2000 — अपील अधिकरण का गठन करने वाले आदेश का अन्तिम होना और उसकी कार्यवाहियों का अविधिमान्य न होना —
केन्द्रीय सरकार का, अपील अधिकरण के अध्यक्ष या सदस्य के रूप में किसी व्यक्ति की नियुक्ति करने वाला कोई आदेश किसी भी रीति से प्रश्नगत नहीं किया जाएगा और अपील अधिकरण का कोई कार्य या उसके समक्ष कार्यवाही केवल इस आधार पर किसी भी रीति से प्रश्नगत नहीं की जाएगी कि अपील अधिकरण के गठन में कोई दोष है।
Section 55 IT Act 2000 — Orders constituting Appellate Tribunal to be final and not to invalidate its proceedings —
No order of the Central Government appointing any person as the 2 [Chairperson or the Member] of a 1 [Appellate Tribunal] shall be called in question in any manner and no act or proceeding before a 3 [Appellate Tribunal] shall be called in question in any manner on the ground merely of any defect in the constitution of a 3 [Appellate Tribunal].
