धारा 64 सूचना प्रौधोगिकी अधिनियम 2000 — शास्ति या प्रतिकर की वसूली—
इस अधिनियम के अधीन अधिरोपित कोई शास्ति या अधिनिर्णीत प्रतिकर, यदि उसका संदाय नहीं किया जाता है, भू-राजस्व के बकाया के रूप में वसूल की जाएगी और यथास्थिति, अनुज्ञप्ति या इलेक्ट्रॉनिक चिह्नक प्रमाणपत्र शास्ति का संदाय किए जाने तक निलंबित रखा जाएगा ।
Section 64 IT Act 2000 — Recovery of penalty or compensation —
[penalty imposed or compensation awarded] under this Act, if it is not paid, shall he recovered as an arrear of land revenue and the licence or the 3 [electronic signature] Certificate, as the case may be, shall be suspended till the penalty is paid.
