धारा 7A आईटी एक्ट 2000 – इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप में रखे गए दस्तावेजों, आदि की संपरीक्षा-
जहाँ तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी विधि में दस्तावेजों, अभिलेखों या सूचना की संपरीक्षा का उपबंध है वहां वह उपबंध इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप में संसाधित और रखे गए दस्तावेजों, अभिलेखों या सूचना की संपरीक्षा के संबंध में भी लागू होगा ।
Section 7A IT Act 2000 –1 [Audit of documents, etc., maintained in electronic form.—
Where in any law for the time being in force, there is a provision for audit of documents, records or information, that provision shall also be applicable for audit of documents, records or information processed and maintained in the electronic form.]
