धारा 81 आईटी एक्ट 2000 – अधिनियम का अध्यारोही प्रभाव होना –
इस अधिनियम के उपबंध, तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी अन्य विधि में इससे असंगत किसी बात के होते हुए भी प्रभावी होंगे :
परंतु इस अधिनियम में अंतर्विष्ट कोई बात किसी व्यक्ति को, प्रतिलिप्यधिकार अधिनियम, 1957 (1957 का 14) या पेटेंट अधिनियम, 1970 (1970 का 39) के अधीन प्रदत्त किसी अधिकार का प्रयोग करने से निर्बन्धित नहीं करेगी ।
Section 81 IT Act 2000 – Act to have overriding effect —
The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force.
