धारा 82 आईटी एक्ट 2000 – नियंत्रक, उपनियंत्रक, सहायक नियंत्रक का लोक सेवक होना –
नियंत्रक, उपनियंत्रक और सहायक नियंत्रको को भारतीय दंड संहिता (1860 का 45) की धारा 21 के अर्थान्तर्गत लोक सेवक समझा जाएगा ।
Section 82 IT Act 2000 – 1 [Controller, Deputy Controller and Assistant Controller to be public servants.—
The Controller, the Deputy Controller and the Assistant Controllers shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).]
