धारा 84 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 – बालक का व्यपहरण और अपहरण.-
इस अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए, भारतीय दंड संहिता (1860 का 45) की धारा 359 से धारा 369 के उपबंध यथावश्यक परिवर्तनों सहित किसी ऐसे बालक या अवयस्क का लागू होंगे जो अठारह वर्ष से कम आयु का है और तदनुसार सभी उपबंधों का अर्थान्वयन किया जाएगा ।
Section 84 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 – Kidnapping and abduction of child —
For the purposes of this Act, the provisions of sections 359 to 369 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860), shall mutatis mutandis apply to a child or a minor who is under the age of eighteen years and all the provisions shall be construed accordingly.
