धारा 90 किशोर न्याय अधिनियम 2015 – बालक के माता-पिता या संरक्षक की हाजिरी–
यथास्थिति, समिति या बोर्ड, जिसके समक्ष बालक, इस अधिनियम के किसी उपबंध के अधीन लाया जाता है, जब भी वह ऐसा करना ठीक समझे, बालक का वास्तविक भारसाधन रखने वाले माता-पिता या संरक्षक से अपेक्षा कर सकेगा। कि वह उस बालक के बारे में किसी कार्यवाही में उपस्थित हों ।
Section 90 Juvenile Justice Act 2015 — Attendance of parent or guardian of child —
The Committee or the Board, as the case may be, before which a child is brought under any of the provisions of this Act, may, whenever it so thinks fit, require any parent or guardian having the actual charge of the child to be present at any proceeding in respect of that child.
