मोटर यान अधिनियम की धारा 73 — ठेका गाड़ी परमिट के लिए आवेदन —
ठेका गाड़ी के परमिट के लिए (जिसे इस अध्याय में ठेका गाड़ी परमिट कहा गया है) आवेदन में निम्नलिखित विशिष्टियाँ दी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :-
(क) यान की किस्म और उसमें बैठने के स्थान;
(ख) वह क्षेत्र जिसके लिए परमिट अपेक्षित है;
(ग) कोई अन्य विशिष्टियां जो विहित की जाएं ।
73 MV Act — Application for contract carriage permit —
An application for a permit in respect of a contract carriage (in this Chapter referred to as a contract carriage permit) shall contain the following particulars, namely:-
(a) the type and seating capacity of the vehicle;
(b) the area for which the permit is required;
(c) any other particulars which may be prescribed
