मोटर यान अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 194C : – मोटर साइकिल ड्राइवरों और पिछली सवारियों के लिए सुरक्षा उपायों के उल्लंघन के लिए शास्ति —
जो कोई, धारा 128 के और उसके अधीन बनाए गए नियमों और विनियमों के उल्लंघन में कोई मोटर साइकिल चलाता है या मोटर साइकिल को चलवाता है, चलाने के लिए अनुज्ञात करता है तो वह एक हजार रुपए के जुर्माने से दंडनीय होगा और तीन मास की अवधि के लिए अनुज्ञप्ति धारण करने के लिए निरहित होगा|
Section 194C of MV Act 1988 :-Penalty for violation of safety measures for motor cycle drivers and pillion riders —
Whoever drives a motor cycle or causes or allows a motor cycle to be driven in contravention of the provisions of section 128 or the rules or regulations made thereunder shall be punishable with a fine of one thousand rupees and he shall be disqualified for holding licence for a period of three months.
